CORDING DEVICE

Cording embroidery is a specialist embroidery technique, which let us to sew on materials, patterns made of ribbons, beads, cords or decorative chains (e.g. metal or plastic chains). The ability to sew cords or yarn on clothing allows us to create original designs, which are additionally convex – they create a 3d effect. What’s more, thanks to sewing them on the surface of the fabric, we do not have any additional, thick elements from the bottom of garment – there is only a thin line of thread used as a stitch. Therefore, it is a decorative technique recommended also for children’s products. Cording, allows you to create original designs, consisting of ribbons or beads, but it also allows you to combine them with other techniques of decorating materials such as jets, pearls, traditional embroidery etc.

SEQUIENS DEVICE

Sequin or Spangle Embroidery Machine is another type of embroidery machine, more royal & Classic than Flat Embroidery Machine. LASER / THERMAL CUTTING DEVICE

Thermal Cutting Device (TCD) for synthetic fabrics, that works in combination with the embroidery machine, to cut embroidered applique, embroidered patches, labels, perforate fabrics, die cut fabrics, cut and sew applique letters, corporate logos and so on. Ideal for embroidery applique cut, kiss cut, die cut, perforation, reverse applique. It can be installed on any singlehood embroidery machine, close to the last or first needle. The cut is precise and always in register with the embroidery;

BEADS DEVICE

This device comprises a feeding mechanism which conveys embroidery beads one by one to a position right below an embroidery needle of an embroidery machine and also comprises a bead guide bar which is suspended above the feeding mechanism and used for continuously supplying the embroidery beads to the feeding mechanism, wherein the bead guide bar is threaded through the embroidery beads to form a bead string.

According to the invention, the bead guide bar is suspended above the feeding mechanism, the bead string composed of the embroidery beads is arranged on the bead guide bar, the bead string can realize continuous supply to the feeding mechanism, and a bead guide pipe in the bead string can accurately position the embroidery beads, so that an embroidery needle can be accurately threaded through pinholes in the embroidery beads, thus embroidering the embroidery beads on textile.

The bead guide bar is arranged on a machine head in a detachable manner, so that the bead guide bar can be accurately positioned; and meanwhile, the bead guide bar can be used for replacing the bead string, thus facilitating continuous supply.

BORING DEVICE

Boring device Embellish garments with unique decoration technique – the Boring Device is simply installed on the machine and replaces an embroidery needle. This sharp device will create cuts in the fabric as it “stitches.” Once the cuts are created, a surrounding needle will typically stitch a circle or oval satin outline shapes around the sliced fabric. By using a satin stitch, it will pull the fabric (that has been cut) back into the stitching and create eyelets or even lace effects.

CHENILLE DEVICE

RIBBON DEVICE

Ribbon device The New Cording/Ribbon Device is the newest and most distinctive embellishment of it’s kind. This device can be added to the side of the embroidery machine head – utilizing the end needle – and will feed cording or ribbon from a roll. By utilizing different digitizing techniques, there are several unique and unusual decoration looks that can be achieved.
